Agnes Phoenix

I am a qualified counsellor (ACA member) with a Master’s degree in Sociology and a deep passion for emotional well-being.​ I provide email and text-based counselling to support individuals dealing with anxiety, life transitions, and midlife changes, including menopause.​

 

I am also the author of "Don’t Pause for Menopause: A Personal and Practical Guide to Thriving Through Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond", written to empower women with insight, compassion, and practical tools for navigating this pivotal stage of life.
